Terms & Conditions governing classes, sessions and other Wild Mulberry Offerings. 

By signing up for a Wild Mulberry class, session, or other offering, you agree to be bound by and adhere to these terms and conditions. 

In booking any service or signing up for any class with Wild Mulberry, you agree and understand that Heather Norton is not a licensed physician, does not diagnose conditions, does not prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, does not interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional, and is not licensed as a medical provider by the state of California. You further agree and understand that energy healing and other services offered by Wild Mulberry are alternatives or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state. 

You further understand and agree that Heather Norton and Wild Mulberry are not responsible for the outcome of classes, sessions, or other Wild Mulberry offerings in any way. Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, you and/or your representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Heather Norton and Wild Mulberry from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with session(s) or class(es) booked through www.thewildmulberry.com or otherwise offered by Wild Mulberry or Heather Norton. 

Heather Norton reserves the right to refuse a client for any reason, and/or refer a potential client to other practitioners. 

I understand that Heather Norton and Wild Mulberry reserve the right to cancel any sessions, classes, or offering for any reason. In such a case, fees paid in advance will be refunded. 

Intellectual Property 

All information contained within this website, any and all newsletters and correspondences initiated or sent by or through Wild Mulberry, and all course materials offered through Wild Mulberry are the intellectual property of Wild Mulberry. 

By accessing wildmulbery.com, receiving the Wild Mulberry newsletter and/or taking Wild Mulberry courses or participating in other offerings, you agree not to:  

  • Republish material from Wild Mulberry without written permission 

  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Wild Mulberry  

  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Wild Mulberry

  • Redistribute content from Wild Mulberry
