Humans have largely become separated from that wisdom, and in the process, we have become separated from the fullness of our own being. That separation is reflected in the lack of balance we see in the world around us and within ourselves.
Through intuitive plant medicine, plant spirit psychopomp work, and dreamwork, I offer a way of coming back into right relationship with yourself and the living earth.
Stepping into relationship with plant wisdom opens a door into purpose, balance, and deep belonging. It transforms how you understand yourself, your place in the web of life, and what healing means.

We are part of a greater web of life. We often carry more energy with us than we realize from sources such as ancestral trauma and patterns, sudden loss of ancestral traditions, lifetime trauma, or other stuck and stagnant energy. Plant intelligence guides this work. Together with the plants, we identify and transform the root of what keeps you from your true self.

In the Dreaming, we meet and are met by plant and animal spirits, ancestors, guides, and hidden facets of ourselves.
Dreams speak in the nonlinear language of the living earth. We have learned to set that language aside in our waking lives in order to navigate the world through our analytical minds. In the Dreaming, we return to the collective and to the shared language of the living earth.
Animistic dreamwork is the practice of stepping into relationship with the greater web of life. Through intentional dreaming, we discover the wonders that lie just below the surface, and weave our waking life into being.
